Big Gay Race

Now in its third year, the Big Gay Race 5K has become a symbol of a diverse community of Minnesotans coming together in support of love, commitment, marriage, and family.
We have so much to celebrate this year! Since last year’s race, Minnesotans not only came together to vote NO on a hurtful constitutional amendment, but we were also victorious in urging the Minnesota Legislature to pass the freedom to marry – which Governor Dayton signed into law on May 14, 2013.
But those who oppose the freedom to marry are already hard at work trying to repeal the historic and bipartisan legislation that the Minnesota Legislature passed. It’s now up to use to come together once more as a community to support our lawmakers – Republican and Democrat – who voted “yes” for marriage this year! All proceeds from the 2013 Big Gay Race will go to support the efforts of the MN United PAC.
Invite as many of your friends as possible to register for The Big Gay Race on September 28, 2013.
Walkers are welcome, and will probably make up about half of the entire field. So no excuses!
