August 20, 2012 – Duluth, MN – On Tuesday, August 21 at 12:30 p.m. at the Duluth United for All Families office at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, community leaders from across Duluth will come together to highlight the importance of personal conversations in the effort to defeat the proposed constitutional amendment that would limit the freedom to marry for committed, same-sex couples. State Senator Roger Reinert, a range of faith, labor and city leaders, as well as local community members involved in the efforts will gather to kick off a senior-to-senior conversation drive, where they will call their friends and neighbors to discuss why they are voting no on November 6.
